High-pressure boiler seamless steel pipe is a kind of boiler pipe, which has strict requirements on the steel type and process used to manufacture the steel pipe. High-pressure boiler pipes are often in high temperature and high pressure conditions when used. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the pipes will oxidize and corrode. The steel pipe is required to have high lasting strength, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good organizational stability. High-pressure boiler pipes are mainly used to manufacture superheater pipes, reheater pipes, gas guide pipes, main steam pipes, etc. of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.

Boiler seamless steel pipes use steel grades

(1) High-quality carbon structural steel grades include 20G, 20MnG, and 25MnG.

(2) Alloy structural steel grades include 15MoG, 20MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12CrMoVG, 12Cr3MoVSiTiB, etc.

(3) Rust-resistant heat-resistant steels commonly used are 1Cr18Ni9 and 1Cr18Ni11Nb boiler pipes. In addition to ensuring the chemical composition and mechanical properties, each pipe must be subjected to a water pressure test, and expansion and flattening tests must be performed. The steel pipes are delivered in a heat-treated state.
